Ingredients: Wood Betony, Wild lettuce, Valerian root, Black cohosh, Passionflower, Skullcap, Hops flowers & Ginger root - all organically grown, Gluten Free 40% Ethyl Alcohol-Some sediment is normal
Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Take 1 or 2 droppers full in 1-2 ounces of water or juice 1 hour before bed for occasional use. May repeat again just prior to going to bed.
